Portfolio Management Intern

Job Descriptions:

• Assist with qualitative and quantitative research on markets and sectors to support investment decisions.
• Collect, organize, and maintain portfolio data and investment records for internal reporting.
• Support various investment research initiatives by leveraging AI models.
• Participate in internal portfolio review sessions and contribute to investment discussions.
• Assist with product due diligence, fund comparison, and performance attribution analysis as required.
• Support other related tasks to facilitate the smooth operations of the portfolio management function.
• Extend assistance to the Research and Investment Counsellor team when required to support broader investment and advisory initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must have a strong desire to learn about investing.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a willingness to put in extra effort to understand financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 1 internship position available for duration of 3–6 months (please indicate internship period in your resume).
• Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good personality, positive mindset, and independent learner.
• Familiarity with applying various AI models to enhance investment workflows is preferred.
• Basic coding knowledge is an added advantage for supporting process automation.
• Candidates are required to upload the university internship confirmation letter together with their application, if applicable.
• The internship is expected to commence in late December 2026 or early January 2027.
