What are we looking for? 🔎

As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in planning, analyzing, and coordinating projects within our development and commercial portfolio, collaborating in a global, cross-functional environment. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in developing and maintaining portfolio plans, including timelines, milestones, and prioritization frameworks
• Preparing strategic materials for governance meetings and portfolio reviews
• Ensuring accurate documentation and communication of portfolio decisions and updates
• Performing portfolio analyses: risk assessments, scenario comparisons, timeline evaluations, and KPIs
• Creating dashboards and regular monitoring reports with digital tools
• Coordinating with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, Manufacturing, and other internal partners to collect information and align strategies
• Supporting multifunctional teams in identifying potential challenges and resource constraints
• Communicating portfolio insights to stakeholders at various levels
• Tracking and highlighting emerging risks, issues, or opportunities within the portfolio
• Assisting with the evaluation of new projects, initiatives, or external collaborations
• Contributing to continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, digital tools, and systems

• Identify and propose improvements to portfolio management tools and processes

What do you need? 🤓

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or similar
• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PharmD, PhD) is a plus, but not mandatory
• 2–5 years of experience in pharma, biotechnology, or related industries
• Background in portfolio management and/or strategy
• Basic understanding of the drug development lifecycle, regulatory steps, or commercial product management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation capabilities
• Advanced organizational skills, managing multiple priorities efficiently
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and portfolio/project management tools (including dashboards, analytics platforms)
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in global, matrixed environments
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
• Strong relationship-building skills and eagerness for continuous learning
