Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities /崗位職責

1.Responsible for the management and operation of the fund investment portfolios, formulating and executing investment strategies that align with the fund's risk profile.

負責公司基金產品的投資組合管理與運作，制定並執行與產品風險等級相匹配的投資策略。

2.Lead fund fundraising efforts, including developing fundraising plans, preparing roadshow materials and due diligence Q&A, as well as originating and maintaining LP relationships.

主導基金募資工作，包括制定募資計劃、準備路演材料及盡職調查問答，並開發與維護LP資源。

Requirements / 任職要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
   本科及以上學歷，金融、計算機、數學、統計等相關專業優先。
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in investment, research, or private banking within the financial industry, including at least 2 years of independent portfolio management experience.
   5年以上金融行業證券投資、研究或私人銀行工作經驗，其中至少2年獨立管理投資組合經驗。
3. Holder of a Type 9 (Asset Management) license under the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong.
   具備香港證監會（SFC）第9類受規管活動（資產管理）持牌代表資格。
4. Strong risk control awareness, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
   具備良好的風險控制意識及抗壓能力，溝通能力及團隊協作意識強。
5. Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (both spoken and written).
   熟練使用普通話、粵語、英語進行工作交流（口語及書面）。
