What they need

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and manage investment portfolios and strategies.
* Evaluate, structure, and execute investment opportunities.
* Oversee private credit and real estate investments.
* Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and risk analysis.
* Monitor portfolio performance and market trends.
* Prepare investment reports and recommendations for senior management.
* Ensure effective risk management and capital preservation.

REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
* 3–10 years’ experience in portfolio, investment, or asset management.
* Proven experience in Alternative Investments and Real Estate.
* Strong knowledge of credit risk and structured investments.
* Experience with illiquid or semi-liquid portfolios is an advantage.

NB; SEC sponsorship/licensing is strongly preferred.
