We’re partnering with a CMA-regulated investment firm offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious investment professional ready to make their mark.

With strong backing, great leadership and a fast-paced environment, this is a role for someone who wants meaningful investment responsibility, enjoys challenging conventional thinking and is driven to excel.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Asset Management and investment team, developing strategies and managing portfolios across U.S. equities and options. Your contribution will span investment decisions, portfolio construction, capital allocation, trade execution and disciplined risk management.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on portfolio or fund management experience, with direct investment decision-making responsibility.

• Strong practical knowledge of U.S. equities and options.

• Experience trading short-dated options, including 0DTE, 1DTE, 3DTE, 14DTE and 30DTE.

• Confidence building and executing multi-leg strategies, including spreads and structured option combinations.

• A strong understanding of option pricing, implied volatility and the Greeks: Delta, Gamma, Theta and Vega.

• Discipline around position sizing, liquidity, portfolio exposure and drawdown management.

CMA qualifications are a major priority , particularly CME-1, CME-2 and/or CME-4. Current or previous CMA registration in a relevant investment or portfolio management function is highly preferred.

A demonstrable investment track record or AUM responsibility will strengthen your application. Experience in quantitative strategies, systematic trading, technical analysis or backtesting—and qualifications such as CFA or CMT—would also be valuable.
