Portfolio Manager (Dubai - Off-plan)

We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Consultant with experience in Dubai’s Real Estate Market

Key Responsibilities

Handle buying, selling and resale transactions across Dubai.
Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking and personal prospecting.
Build and maintain strong client and property databases.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals and close transactions.
Stay updated on Dubai market trends, pricing and regulations.
Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in Dubai real estate.
Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
Good knowledge of the Dubai primary real estate market
Target-driven, professional and client-focused.
