  • Monitor market trends, industry developments and emerging risks across the private equity landscape
  • Support governance, compliance and risk management obligations while contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement activities

What We're Looking For

  • Approximately 10+ years' experience within private equity or a closely related investment environment
  • Strong experience managing complex or high-value investment portfolios
  • Advanced investment research, analytical and due diligence capabilities
  • Strong understanding of investment markets, regulation, governance and industry trends
  • Demonstrated experience assessing investment risk and return across private market opportunities
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting investment recommendations to executive and governance audiences
  • Experience reviewing investment agreements, transaction documentation and legal contracts
  • Knowledge of financial modelling, valuation methodologies and portfolio construction principles
  • Collaborative approach and ability to contribute positively within a high-performing team
  • Exposure to international investment markets will be highly regarded
