Porting / Millwork / Layouts

• Grinding Metal, using Mills, using Hand grinding Tools.
• Mathematics needed, Ability to use a Micrometer
• Porting Intake manifolds for Race cars.
• Proper person must have Mill Experience.
• Maintain proper dress attire and appearance.
• Handle all grinding needs for Wilson Manifolds with emphasis on porting and polishing intake manifolds and cylinder heads handle grinding all efi, nitrous and any miscellaneous bungs.
• Be proficient with the vertical 3-axis mill, block master surface and lathe. Be able to layout and machine precisely to successfully transfer layouts from cylinder head ports to intake manifolds, flow bench proficiency, must have good line-of-sight and proper port taper handling.
• Maintain workplace safety when handling all equipment and machine must be able to adhere to all policies and procedures assigned with regards to policies and procedures.
• Complete all task and other duties assigned by department head maintain workplace cleanliness.
• Training is available for the correct person with Engine knowledge and machine skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
