POS and Payments Support Developer

Responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and improving the company’s web-based applications, reporting systems, internal portals, and ticketing platforms. The role ensures system availability, accuracy, security, usability, and performance while providing timely technical support and resolving system issues.

Job Description:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based applications and reporting systems.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and system modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, system errors, and user concerns.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, accessibility, and security.
• Manage and monitor ticketing systems and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Implement approved system enhancements and new features.
• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and security.
• Coordinate with departments and users regarding system requirements and concerns.
• Conduct system testing, maintenance, updates, and documentation.
• Provide technical support and coordinate with external IT providers when necessary.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in web development and system implementation.
• Knowledge of web development languages, frameworks, and database management.
• Knowledge of network and server management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on system reliability, data accuracy, and security.
• Willing to work ONSITE at Ortigas Pasig City.
