POS Retail Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for POS systems across retail stores.
• Troubleshoot POS software, hardware, printers, barcode scanners, and billing issues.
• Coordinate with store teams to resolve sales, inventory, and billing-related issues.
• Ensure smooth POS operations and minimize downtime.
• Assist with POS software updates, testing, and new store openings.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in POS retail support or retail IT operations.
• Knowledge of POS applications D-365 and hardware troubleshooting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
