We specialize in credit card processing, POS systems, equipment installation, and technical support for restaurants, retail stores, dry cleaners, and other businesses.

We are looking for a reliable, technically skilled POS / IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical assistance to our merchant customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot POS software and hardware.
• Provide technical support to merchants by phone, remote access, and on-site visits.
• Install and maintain Windows-based POS systems for restaurants, retail stores, and dry cleaners.
• Troubleshoot Windows computers, networks, software, and peripheral devices.
• Install and support credit card terminals, receipt printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners, and other POS equipment.
• Perform software installations, updates, database backups, and system maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with new merchant installations, equipment setup, and customer training.
• Maintain accurate records of technical issues, service activities, and resolutions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of computer networking, including TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and routers.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical support requests.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for customer visits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with POS systems, preferably in restaurants or retail environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, including database backup and restoration.
• Experience installing or supporting credit card terminals and payment processing equipment.
• Knowledge of receipt printers, barcode scanners, and cash drawers.
• Experience using remote desktop and technical support tools.
• Basic knowledge of software installation, database connectivity, and system configuration.

Prior POS experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong Windows, computer networking, and troubleshooting skills are encouraged to apply. Training on our POS systems will be provided.
