Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E3D Piping Designer to join our engineering team on a 1-Year contract. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AVEVA E3D for designing and modeling piping systems for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Chemical, or EPC projects. The candidate should be capable of delivering high-quality 3D models and piping deliverables while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D piping models using AVEVA E3D.
• Prepare piping layouts, equipment layouts, and piping isometrics.
• Perform piping routing considering process, safety, maintenance, and construction requirements.
• Generate piping deliverables such as GA drawings, isometrics, MTOs, and support drawings.
• Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams.
• Review P&IDs, equipment layouts, and project specifications before modeling.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, client specifications, and industry codes.
• Resolve design clashes using E3D clash detection tools.
• Support engineering reviews and incorporate client comments.
• Deliver assigned work within project schedules while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in AVEVA E3D.
• Good understanding of piping design principles and industry standards.
• Experience in piping layout development and equipment modeling.
• Knowledge of piping supports, piping materials, and isometric generation.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, plot plans, and vendor drawings.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary engineering coordination.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant certification in AVEVA E3D will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in piping design using AVEVA E3D.
