Possession CRM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete possession process for customers.
• Coordinate with customers regarding possession schedules, documentation, and handover.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Finance, and Legal teams for smooth possession.
• Maintain accurate customer records and possession-related documentation.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the handover process.

Requirements:

• Real estate experience is mandatory.
• Experience in CRM/customer handling, preferably in possession or handover.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
