We are seeking a Post-Closing Clerk for a title company handling final loan documents and closing files.

Compensation:

$41,000 - $52,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify final loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve any discrepancies in closing files promptly.
• Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for all post-closing documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on document status.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all post-closing activities.
• Collaborate with the closing team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and distribute final closing packages to clients and relevant parties in a timely manner.
