Post-Construction Cleaner – Residential New Construction

Bredy Cleaning & Decor LLC is building a dependable post-construction cleaning crew for upcoming residential new-construction projects throughout the Saint Cloud and Orlando area.

Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Hours: Approximately 10–30 hours per week initially, based on scheduled projects
Job Type: Part-time
Start: Upcoming projects; start dates will be confirmed with selected candidates

Responsibilities

• Perform rough, final and detailed post-construction cleaning of newly built homes
• Remove construction dust and light debris
• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors
• Clean windows, frames, tracks and sills
• Clean cabinets, countertops, shelving and fixtures
• Clean doors, trim, baseboards and hardware
• Remove stickers, labels and construction residue using approved products and procedures
• Clean garages and designated exterior areas
• Assist with pressure-washing work when assigned
• Perform detailed touch-up cleaning before builder inspections and homeowner walkthroughs
• Follow job-specific cleaning and quality-control checklists
• Properly use company equipment, cleaning products and required PPE
• Follow construction-site and company safety procedures

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to different construction sites throughout the Saint Cloud/Orlando area
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work on active residential construction sites
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and perform physical cleaning work throughout the shift
• Able to lift up to approximately 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to follow detailed instructions and cleaning checklists
• Willing to follow PPE, chemical-safety and jobsite requirements
• Professional conduct around builders, contractors and homeowners

Previous post-construction, residential, commercial or professional cleaning experience is preferred, but not required for dependable candidates who are willing to learn.

Training

Bredy Cleaning & Decor LLC provides on-the-job training covering company cleaning procedures, quality-control expectations, chemical safety, PPE and applicable jobsite requirements before assigned work.

Crew Lead Opportunities

Experienced post-construction or professional cleaners may also be considered for future Crew Lead opportunities with additional responsibilities and higher compensation.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
