Post-Construction Cleaner

Clean Keepers is looking for dependable team members to help prepare newly constructed and renovated spaces for use.

This is a secured post-construction cleaning contract with guaranteed hours

Project Details

Location: University of Idaho campus
Start Date: Mid- to late November 2026
Expected End Date: Early January 2027
Hours: Flexible scheduling between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Hours: Guaranteed hours available throughout the project

What You'll Do

Post-construction cleaning may include:

• Removing construction dust and debris
• Cleaning floors, walls, doors, windows, and other surfaces
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
• Removing stickers, labels, and construction residue
• Wiping down fixtures, cabinets, and other surfaces
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
• Cleaning newly installed areas before they are occupied
• Following cleaning procedures and project-specific instructions
• Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines

• Project-specific instructions and procedures

You do not need previous post-construction cleaning experience. We will train you.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to the University of Idaho campus is required
• Dependable and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable working around construction dust and debris
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stand, and walk for extended periods

The contract is already secured and hours are guaranteed for the duration of the project.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
