Role Description: This is a full-time, unpaid Post Design role based in Sindh, Pakistan, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some tasks to be completed from home. The Post Design team member will assist in creating and refining visual content for digital and print platforms, including social media posts, marketing materials, and presentation graphics. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with design leads, applying brand guidelines to layouts, preparing files for publication, and iterating on feedback to improve design quality. The role may also involve basic research to support design decisions, organizing design assets, and coordinating with other team members to ensure timely delivery of creative materials. This position is suited to individuals seeking hands-on experience in design and visual communication within a structured, yet flexible, environment.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design abilities with skills in Graphic Design and working with Graphics for digital and print media.
• Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and an understanding of Architecture or spatial design principles.
• Ability to conduct Research to inform design concepts, understand audience needs, and support project objectives.
• Proficiency in common design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and basic knowledge of layout and typography.
• Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to follow brand guidelines and implement constructive feedback.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time independently.
• Relevant coursework, certification, or ongoing studies in design, architecture, or a related field are beneficial.
