Post Finisher

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Post Finisher (PF Polisher) to join our production team. This role is responsible for post-finishing and polishing parts to meet quality and precision standards. The ideal candidate works efficiently, maintains consistency across repetitive tasks, and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform post-finishing and polishing of parts to required specifications
• Maintain high attention to detail while working at a consistent pace
• Execute repetitive tasks with accuracy and focus
• Operate table-mounted rotary equipment, handpieces, and grinders safely and effectively
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting production timelines
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workstation

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining precision
• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable working with rotary machines, handpieces, and grinders (training provided if needed)
• Manufacturing, dental lab, or finishing experience is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to use hands for fine motor tasks throughout the shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
