Post-Installation Customer Care Representative

About the role

Work Setup: On-site during training, then will transition to HYBRID once training is completed (work from home, with only 2 on-site days per month)

Beehive-BPO Corp. / SolutionCX is hiring Post-Installation Customer Care Representatives to support customers of a leading U.S. home improvement retailer. In this role, you will call customers after their home installation is completed. You'll ask about their experience, make sure they're satisfied, and flag any issues so the right team can resolve them.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers to check on their installation experience and satisfaction
• Follow the provided call script during every customer conversation
• Gather customer feedback and document concerns accurately
• Escalate installation-related issues to the appropriate team for resolution

About you

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Upbeat, friendly, and engaging personality
• Strong customer service and active listening skills
• Comfortable making outbound customer calls
• Able to follow call scripts and document feedback accurately
• Able to identify concerns and escalate them appropriately
