Post Office Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a Part-time post office colleague to join our team at Watton Edwards Premier. Post office experience is essential, while other basic duties in the store are required when not busy, such as cleaning, putting stock out, serving on regular checkout.

Duties

• Greet customers professionally and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Assist customers on the Post office counter.
• Serve on the checkouts
• Open/Close the store when necessary
• Duties involved with a small in store bakery.
• Replenish the stock
• Cleanliness
• Actively engage in the upselling of products

Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work under pressure at busy times.
• Proficient IT skills, including familiarity with MS Office Suite
• Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently and work on own initiative.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Good organisational skills.

Hours- 12

Must be flexible with availabilty. Evenings, weekends and early mornings are crucial

Pay: £12.71 per hour
