Post Process Drive Test Engineer (Wireless)

Location: Quezon City and Mandaluyong Area

Employment Type: Project-Based Contract (3 Months)

Work Schedule: Regular Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), On-site

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Post-Process Engineer to join our Engineering Managed Services team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing drive test benchmarking and RF log collection activities to support network quality, troubleshooting, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Signal & Drive Testing: Perform signal testing and execute drive test activities as scheduled. Escalate issues promptly and document inaccessible areas (e.g., renovations, maintenance, flooding).
• Log Processing: Process drive test logs—ensuring route completion, correct naming conventions, and issue-free plotting.
• Root Cause Analysis: Analyze root causes for call event failures, network quality issues, and mobile data performance problems.
• Reporting & Visualization: Create performance assessment reports covering BSC, NPS, trends, hotspots, weak areas, and heat maps using tools like Looker Studio.
• Tool Handling: Properly handle, maintain, and secure client-provided testing and post-processing tools.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or an equivalent technical field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Acuever and Nemo Analyze tools.
  • Solid understanding of Drive Test methodology and post-processing.
  • Familiar with basic automation using Looker Studio / Google Studio.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Capabilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically capable and willing to perform field drive testing activities.
