Post Repo Representative

In this key role as Post Repo Representative, you will work as the liaison between the clients (lien holder), and the skip and recovery companies immediately upon forwarding the assignments out in the field to be worked. This position will require business to business collection experience.

Job Duties:

*Forward and outsource past due or defaulted automobiles for skip tracing and repossession to company approved vendors.

*Ability to work independently in support of various teams or group

*Able to meet time standards for turn-around time

*Ability to prioritize and organize work for maximum efficiency and prompt follow up.

*Able to identify high priority tasks and escalate when necessary

*Ability to model professional behavior and lead by example

*Utilize specific client and departmental policies and procedures.

*Monitor / follow up on delinquent receivables from clients

*Other duties as required

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of customer service or client contact experience

Demonstrated ability to function as a contributing team member

Professional interaction with internal employees.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, applies best practices to required tasks, organize work and set priorities with a sense of urgency and importance.

Ability to work under pressure, using tact, discretion and good judgment to respond to all requests in a professional and courteous manner

Solid PC skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and user level application

Detail Oriented

Strong Organizational Skills

Excellent Deductive Reasoning and Critical Thinking Skills

Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Effective Time Management Skills

Proficient PC Skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred:

Previous automobile Collections and Repossession experience.

Experience with working with repossession companies.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
