Post Review Supervisor

JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Post Credit Review Supervisor is responsible for ensuring compliance with credit policies and standards by identifying deviations, assessing risks, conducting thorough reviews, and preparing accurate post-credit evaluation reports to support sound credit decisions and operational integrity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Checks and identifies deviations, document exceptions, non-compliance to credit standards or policies or fraudulent accounts.
• Conducts deeper checking.
• Prepares report for risk rating of findings for Credit Approvers, Marketing Approvers and Account Officers:
• Reviews the performance of the Post Credit Review Specialist and Associates in assessment and evaluation process.
• Responsible for coordinating with the Post Credit Review Manager and Post Credit Review Head in evaluating and deciding on the appropriate disciplinary action for Sales Approvers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a four-year bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• With at least 1 year of experience in credit review, post-review, risk management, audit, or financial analysis.
• Experience in a financing company, lending institution, or financial services organization is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
