Requirement

• Work experience with ICT distribution or System Integration companies

• Exposure in TAC support in networking & cybersecurity technologies

• Knowledge of architectures, design and deployment models in relevant technology .

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis .

• Experience in escalation workflows, vendor TAC collaboration, and customer support .

• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration .

Key responsibilities:

• Provide 24×7 roster-based technical support at Level 1/2/3.

• Perform diagnostics, log analysis, and replicate issues for root cause identification.

• Manage escalation workflows with vendors and own cases until closure.

• Communicate with customers clearly during support incidents and updates.

• Meet vendor CSAT benchmarks with accurate documentation and knowledge sharing.
