Requirement

• Work experience with ICT distribution or System Integration companies

• Exposure to Networking/Cybersecurity vendor training/certification programs

• Knowledge of architectures, design and deployment models in relevant technology .

• Hands-on experience in designing and delivering technical training .

• Experience in building labs, training content, and practical workshops .

• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration .

Key responsibilities:

• Design, customize, and deliver technical training and workshops for customers.

• Deliver vendor customized/certification trainings as per prerequisites and requirements.

• Build and maintain labs and learning environments for hands-on training.

• Deliver engaging sessions with real-world examples and demonstrations.

• Provide assessments, feedback, and follow-up support to improve training outcomes.
