Post Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

● Perform L2 installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of Data Centre

infrastructure.

● Work on enterprise server platforms such as Dell PowerEdge and HPE ProLiant.

● Install, configure, and troubleshoot NetApp Storage environments.

● Support virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere and Red Hat OpenShift.

● Implement, configure, and troubleshoot Nutanix HCI clusters.

● Configure and support Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions using Veeam and

Commvault.

● Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues through remote support and on-site customer

visits.

● Perform performance tuning, diagnostics, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

● Escalate complex L3 issues to OEMs or appropriate technical teams while ensuring SLA

compliance.

● Conduct periodic infrastructure health checks and identify potential performance or capacity

issues.

● Support capacity planning and infrastructure optimization activities.

● Provide technical knowledge transfer and training to customers and internal teams.

● Maintain accurate technical documentation, installation records, and troubleshooting reports.

● Support warranty renewals and managed services related to business continuity.

● Identify opportunities for proactive services and technology upgrades based on customer

requirements.

● Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Required Skills & Expertise

● 5–8 years of experience in post-sales support, implementation, or Data Centre

infrastructure.

● Strong experience in Servers, Storage, NetApp, Nutanix, Veeam, and Commvault.

● Hands-on experience with enterprise server platforms such as Dell and HPE.

● Strong knowledge of Nutanix HCI and virtualization technologies.

● Good understanding of VMware vSphere, including vMotion, HA, and DRS.

● Knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift and hybrid cloud environments.

● Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across Data Centre infrastructure.

● Understanding of network integration and infrastructure dependencies.

● Experience in Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity solutions.

● Strong Root Cause Analysis and performance-tuning capabilities.

● Good customer-facing communication and issue-resolution skills.

● Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with OEMs and internal technical teams.

● Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
