As SourceHub, we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal and Compliance, and general administrative services with efficiency and quality.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Post Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing Networking business. This role will manage supplier warranty and return processes (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization), service orders, and post-sales operational activities, ensuring a high level of service for partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Manage supplier RMA requests from initiation through resolution.
• Review and process service-related sales orders and license vouchers.
• Monitor open cases and orders daily to ensure service levels are met.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to RMAs and service orders.
• Maintain accurate supplier, product, service, and eCommerce information.
• Partner with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Supplier Services, and Sales teams to resolve issues.
• Track activities within internal systems and supplier platforms.
• Support additional suppliers and operational initiatives as business needs evolve.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Advanced English, written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Comfort learning and utilizing web-based systems and internal tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, Operations, Supply Chain Support, or similar functions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up capabilities.

Prefered Qualifications

• Experience working with distributors, suppliers, or manufacturers.
• Exposure to technology or networking-related products.
• Experience supporting warranty, returns, service operations, or order processing.
