Our aim is to help and inspire small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to have successful communications by changing the way they develop and implement their marketing strategy.

Key skills and experience:

• Experience in customer support, operations or purchasing, in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable on the phone with suppliers and internal teams
• Strong organisational skills to follow dozens of orders in parallel, with daily discipline
• Ownership: you follow an issue through to the end
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to use them every day (no prior experience needed, training is part of onboarding)
• Fluent Portuguese; Spanish and/or English are a plus, and both are a strong differentiator
• Nice to have: knowledge of the printing, decoration or promotional products industry

Main responsibilities:

• Own post-sales cases, deciding what you solve directly and what you route to the right teams
• Follow each order from production to delivery, spotting delays and risks before they affect the client
• Work with Planning, Production, Transport and Design teams to unblock stalled orders
• Contact production and decoration suppliers for costs and lead times, follow production and negotiate earlier deliveries when the client’s deadline is at risk
• Arrange pick-ups and shipments with the support of the internal distribution team
• Keep our Key Account Managers (Portugal and Spain) informed of each order’s status, and discuss with them any case that requires client communication
• Issue manual invoices and handle payment methods
• Register orders in the system and prepare the files needed for each request
• Use our AI tools daily to check order status, prepare supplier requests, draft communications and prepare invoicing. AI prepares, you decide and validate
• Suggest improvements to what our AI tools already do
