Post Sales Solutions Engineer, US-East

For our client, we are seeking a Post Sales Solutions Engineer, US-East to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will serve as a trusted technical partner to strategic customers after the sale, helping ensure a smooth onboarding experience and strong long-term adoption. You will work closely with customers, internal support teams, and commercial stakeholders to reduce escalations, support renewals and expansion, and keep implementations aligned with customer infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical troubleshooting ability and commercial awareness to help drive customer success across a remote, fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers within 30 days of signing
• Ensure customers are upgraded to the latest product versions
• Track and manage renewals and expansion opportunities
• Minimize escalations of technical support issues
• Act as the primary technical contact for strategic accounts
• Conduct training sessions tailored to audience needs
• Scope migration and continuity plans based on customer infrastructure

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in technical support or solutions engineering
• Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and integrations
• Proficient in distributed storage and cloud architecture
• Fluent in identity and access management concepts
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills under pressure
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and relationship management skills
