产后修复顾问Postnatal Care Practitioner

岗位职责：

1、身体评估：为顾客做产后身体初步评估；

2、制定计划：建立和维护客户档案，了解客户的产后修复要求，提供有针对性的康复计划和健康指导；

3、专业服务：服务会所宝妈，通过产后修复手法和技术解决宝妈实际产后问题；

4、订单开发：学习使用公司的产康相关产品设备，掌握公司产康各项目知识，积极开发客户的产康项目订单；

5、自我提升：积极参与公司内外的产康技能培训，提升自己的专业技能。

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历；

2、亲和力强，谈吐得体， 性格开朗，有责任心，有团队合作意识，能够与团队协调开发订单；

3、有良好的语言表达能力和服务意识，具有顾客客情建立及维护能力，高端项目的开发及服务能力；

4、有相关的专业证件优先，如催乳师证、产后康复师证等。

Job Responsibilities

1. Physical Assessment: Conduct preliminary postnatal physical assessments for clients.
2. Plan Formulation: Create and maintain client profiles, understand clients’ postnatal rehabilitation needs, and provide targeted rehabilitation plans and health guidance.
3. Professional Services: Serve mothers at the wellness centre, utilise postnatal rehabilitation techniques to address their actual postnatal concerns.
4. Order Development: Learn to operate the company’s postnatal rehabilitation products and equipment, master knowledge of all postnatal rehabilitation programmes, and actively promote sales of postnatal rehabilitation services to clients.
5. Self-improvement: Actively participate in internal and external postnatal rehabilitation skill training to upgrade professional capabilities.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above.
2. Approachable, well-spoken, outgoing, responsible and team-oriented; able to collaborate with the team to develop service orders.
3. Excellent communication skills and service mindset, capable of building and maintaining client relationships, as well as selling and delivering high-end programmes.
4. Relevant professional certifications are preferred, such as lactation consultant certificate, postnatal rehabilitation therapist certificate, etc.
