JOB OPPORTUNITY

We are urgently seeking an experienced, hands-on Pouching Machine Operator with proven expertise in flexible packaging pouch-making, machine setup, production efficiency and quality control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and operate pouch-making machines for centre-seal, 3-side-seal, stand-up and zipper pouches.
• Adjust web tension, tracking, registration, cutting length and pouch dimensions.
• Control sealing temperature, pressure and dwell time to ensure consistent pouch quality.
• Inspect seal strength, leakage, alignment, appearance and finished pouch counts.
• Identify machine defects, troubleshoot production issues and minimize material waste.
• Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, safe start-up and basic preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production, rejection and downtime records.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven hands-on experience operating pouch-making machines in flexible packaging manufacturing.
• Practical knowledge of centre-seal, 3-side-seal, stand-up and zipper pouch production.
• Ability to read production job cards, pouch drawings and customer specifications.
• Understanding of laminated films, sealing parameters, cutting and machine troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to quality, safety and production efficiency.
• Ability to work shifts and meet daily production targets.
• UAE manufacturing experience and immediate availability preferred.
