About the role
The Poultry Cutter is responsible for receiving, preparing, cutting, deboning, trimming, portioning, packaging, and displaying poultry products in accordance with company standards on quality, food safety, and customer service. The role ensures that poultry products meet customer requirements while minimizing waste and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.

- Receive, prepare, cut, debone, trim, portion, package, and display poultry products
- Ensure poultry products meet customer requirements
- Minimize waste during processing
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
About you
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience in poultry processing, meat cutting, or butchery is preferred
- Knowledge of poultry anatomy and various cutting techniques
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
