• Oversee daily operations of the poultry farm and ensure efficiency.
• Manage a team of farm workers.
• Ensure the proper care and upkeep of birds
• Manage production and inventory records and reports.
• Monitoring the health of the poultry flock, including disease prevention and vaccination programs.
• Mentor team members, develop productivity strategies, conduct market research, manage farmers, implement strategic plans, boost farm production, and contribute to corporate success.
• Handled Layer bird, specially ISA brown breed birds.
