We are looking for a full-time powder coat operator who is positive, dedicated, and a team player. The ideal candidate should have previous production experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently. Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts according to Amigo quality standards and instructions.
• Operate powder coating equipment safely, efficiently, and accurately.
• Inspect parts and finished work to ensure quality.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and required PPE guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Cross-train throughout the shop and assist in other areas as needed.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 years production assembly or mechanical experience
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to pass pre-employment background screen
