What's on Offer?

• Up to $42 per hour + Super (depending on experience)
• 38-hour week worked across just 4 days
• Monday to Thursday | 6:30am - 4:30pm
• Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week

Your Responsibilities

• Powder coat metal components to a high-quality finish
• Prepare, clean and mask components ready for coating
• Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines

About You
To be successful, you will have:

• Previous powder coating experience (essential)
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality
• The ability to work 10-hour shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
