Powder Coater

We are a powder coating job shop looking for someone who would like to be a powder coat painter. Experience would be a benefit but not necessary, as we will train., The hours are 10 hr. shifts, Mon-Thurs. 6 am to 4:30 pm. Overtime may be offered as needed on Fridays, with the Friday hrs. being 6 am to 2:30 pm.

Job responsibilities include applying a satisfactory powder coat finish to parts ranging from John Deere and Cat to a guy who walks in with a set of rims. Eventually you will be responsible for set up of the paint hoppers and preparing the paint booths during color changes. Full paint suits are furnished. Starting salary will be based on experience and credentials. Starting salary for someone with no experience and being trained is $15.05 hr., a $1.00 per hour raise after completing 90 days of painter training, with the opportunity to make up to $18.00 per hr.
