What they need
Duties:
Liaise with Shift Supervisor for daily production schedules, coordinating of gun maintenance and trouble shooting problems.
Ensure spray areas are regularly vacuumed, powder is returned correctly to shelves, and spray areas are kept tidy and free of rubbish.
Carry out full powder application duties including:
Colour changes and clean booth
Check correct colour is loaded
4. Ensure guns are set correctly
- Follow procedures for powder application technique in relation to job/product.
- Be sure of correct surfaces to be painted.
- Be aware of trouble spots e.g.: around jigs, small gaps, top and bottom rail fences.
- Prepare pallet for next day powder requirements.
- Record remaining powder weight when job is finished.
Assist with loading, unloading and packing teams when required.
Adhere to all Company Policies including; Workplace Health and Safety, Quality Procedures and Compulsory Uniform Policy.
Maintain punctuality and flexibility.
Opportunity:
