Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Powder Coating Painter to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying durable, high-quality powder coatings to various metal components, ensuring a smooth and flawless finish. Your expertise will help us deliver products that meet strict quality standards while maintaining efficient production flow. Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts by cleaning, masking, and masking removal to ensure proper coating adhesion
• Operate powder coating equipment including spray booths, curing ovens, and application guns with precision and safety in mind
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment to promote a safe and efficient workspace
• Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize coating processes and minimize waste
• Perform routine maintenance on coating machinery and hand tools to ensure optimal operation

Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing processes, especially in powder coating or finishing applications preferred
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Familiarity with crane operation, forklift handling, welding, machining, and assembly is a plus
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to work safely with power tools and follow all safety protocols diligently
• Basic understanding of welding techniques and mechanical assembly beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: $17.95-$18.25 per hour
