Powder Coating Line Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Powder Coating Line Operator to join our team at our Hendon site.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare materials to be powder-coated, ensuring proper cleanliness and preparation has been performed before powder-coating application
• Perform inspections visually to ensure correct coating quality and standards are achieved
• Manual lifting
• Packing completed product ready for transport

About you

• Have relevant experience in a customer service-focused team and working to schedules/lead times to meet customer demand
• Have effective verbal communication skills
• Have high attention to detail and accuracy
• Be an enthusiastic team player and have the "Can Do" attitude
• Have a strong focus on quality and safe work practices
• Have proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit
• Previous experience in a Powdercoating role is ideal; however, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are a must
• Reliable and self-motivated with the drive to take on additional tasks in a fast-paced environment
