POWDER COATING OPERATOR (CONTRACT 6 MONTHS)

• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, buffing, masking, or chemical pre-treatment.
• Load and unload parts onto racks, hooks, or conveyors.
• Mix and prepare powder coating materials as per specification.
• Set up, operate, and adjust powder coating spray guns and equipment.
• Apply powder coating evenly and consistently to ensure proper coverage.
• Monitor equipment operation and adjust parameters (air pressure, powder flow, spray distance, etc.).
• Operate curing ovens to achieve proper finish.
• Inspect coated parts visually and with measurement tools for thickness, color, and finish quality.
• Identify and correct coating defects such as runs, sags, pinholes, or uneven coverage.
• Follow company standards, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of spray booths, guns, filters, and curing ovens.
• Handle coating materials safely, following proper PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Record daily production, usage of materials, and equipment logs.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety issues, or material shortages to the supervisor.
• Perform housekeeping, adhere to manufacturing discipline and cleanroom protocol
• Ensure full and efficient pass down to the next shift.
• Responsible for production and quality output
• Support any relevant ad-hoc duties and tasking assign by the superior.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
