Power Apps Developer - Remote

About the role

As a Mid to Senior Power Apps Developer, you will design, build, and optimize high-performance business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and the broader Power Platform suite. This fully remote role based in Metro Manila requires alignment with US operational hours to deliver direct technical solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop robust model-driven and canvas applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Construct automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and third-party APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clean technical architecture.
• Conduct comprehensive performance testing, debugging, and optimization of existing applications.
• Maintain structured technical documentation including solution designs, deployment guides, and user manuals.
• Adhere to enterprise development best practices, governance standards, and participate in peer code reviews.
• Support deployment phases, system rollouts, and post-launch monitoring of applications.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Power Apps (canvas and model-driven).
• Strong working knowledge of Power Automate for complex workflow and process automation.
• Deep integration experience with Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse for advanced data modeling and management.
• Solid understanding of custom connectors, APIs, and REST/JSON integration patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Strong, direct communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Reliable capacity to work a permanent night shift schedule aligned with US business hours.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Experience leveraging Power BI for dashboard development and enterprise reporting (preferred).
