Job Role- Power BI Admin

Location- Hyderabad, Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Power BI environments in production.
• Manage Power BI workspaces, access, permissions, and user roles.
• Administer and troubleshoot On-Premises Data Gateways and data connectivity.
• Manage and support semantic models, datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot dataset refresh failures, scheduled refresh issues, and data connectivity problems.
• Investigate and resolve gateway-related issues and connectivity failures.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI report and dashboard performance.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for Power BI incidents and service requests.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring Power BI issues and implement preventive actions.
• Work closely with BI developers, data engineers, infrastructure teams, and business users to resolve production issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Follow IT service management processes for incident, problem, and change management.
