• Power BI 平台管理

负责企业 Power BI 平台日常运维及治理；

负责 Power BI License 申请审批、授权及资源管理；

负责 Workspace、Dataset、Dataflow、Gateway 及权限管理；

负责 Power BI 平台性能监控及故障处理；

制定 Power BI 平台运维规范和管理制度；

为业务用户提供技术支持及培训；

推动 Power BI 中国区向全球租户迁移项目； 2.数据库管理

负责 SQL Server 及 MySQL 数据库日常运维；

负责数据库备份恢复、权限管理及安全管理；

负责数据库性能优化及故障排查；

支持报表开发及数据分析需求；

• BI 项目管理

负责 Power BI 项目需求分析与实施推进；

跟踪项目进度并推动问题闭环；

负责项目文档及知识库建设； 任职要求

教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、信息管理与信息系统、数据科学与大数据技术、网络工程、信息安全等相关专业优先；

工作经验：3 年以上 Power BI 相关经验；

专业技能：熟悉 Power BI Service 管理；熟练掌握 SQL Server、MySQL；熟悉DAX、Power Query 优先；

项目能力：具备项目管理经验；

语言能力：良好的英语沟通能力，英语 CET-4 及以上，CET-6 优先；

综合素质：学习能力强，积极主动，责任心强，抗压能力强，可灵活加班； Position Summary Responsible for the operations of the Power BI platform, databases, and data analytics platforms, with a primary focus on data and BI domains. Key Responsibilities

• Power BI Platform Management

Responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and governance of the enterprise Power BI platform;

Manage Power BI license applications, approvals, authorizations, and resource allocation;

• Responsible for the management of Workspaces, Datasets, Dataflows, Gateways, and access permissions;
• Monitor Power BI platform performance and troubleshoot related failures;
• Formulate operational standards and management regulations for the Power BI platform;
• Provide technical support and training for business users;
• Drive the migration project of the Power BI environment from the China region to the global tenant;
• Database Management
• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of SQL Server and MySQL databases;
• Manage database backup & recovery, permission controls, and security management;
• Optimize database performance and conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis;
• Support report development and data analysis requirements;
• BI Project Management
• Responsible for requirement analysis and implementation driving of Power BI projects;
• Track project progress and drive issue resolution to closure;
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of project documentation and knowledge bases; Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Information Management and Information Systems, Data Science and Big Data Technology, Network Engineering, Information Security, or related disciplines is preferred;
• Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Power BI;

Technical Skills: Familiar with Power BI Service management; Proficient in SQL Server and MySQL; Familiarity with DAX and Power Query is preferred;

• Project Skills: Possess project management experience;
• Language Skills: Good English communication skills, CET-4 or above, CET-6 preferred;
• Competencies: Strong learning agility, proactive, highly responsible, resilient under pressure, and flexible to work overtime when required;
