Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in data, information systems, computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in banking, financial services, payments, cash management, treasury services, commercial banking, or another data-intensive regulated industry.
Strong ability to connect business outcomes, data requirements, controls, and technical implementation details.
Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating through tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Working knowledge of data privacy, security classification, access controls, auditability, and regulated data handling.
Excellent analytical, facilitation, prioritization, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
5+ years of hands-on BI development experience, including substantial Power BI delivery in an enterprise environment.
Advanced capability in Power BI Desktop and Service, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, SQL, performance optimization, and security design.
Demonstrated experience translating ambiguous business questions into clear visual designs and actionable insight.
Strong understanding of KPI design, dimensional modeling, semantic layers, data quality, reconciliation, and report governance.
A portfolio or work examples demonstrating executive, operational, and analytical reporting solutions.
