Exp Range : 3yrs to 7 yrs

Location: Nagpur, Pune and Chennai

Key Result Areas and Activities:

• Develop scalable semantic data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Build visually compelling, interactive dashboards aligned to business needs.
• Optimize report performance, data refresh, and model efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and adherence to BI best practices.

Work and Technical Experience:

Must Have:

• Strong experience creating enterprise-grade data models
• Advanced DAX and Power Query (M language) skills
• Expertise in building dashboards and paginated reports
• SQL proficiency for data extraction and transformation
• Understanding of star/snowflake schemas and BI architecture
• Experience in performance tuning for Power BI
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets

Good to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Synapse / Azure Data Lake
• Python or R scripting for analytics
• Knowledge of Power BI deployment pipelines
• Exposure to data governance frameworks
