Technical Skills:

Mandatory

• Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
• Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M Language)
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing concepts
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools
• Experience in JIRA Project management and JQL concepts
• Experience in Smartsheet project management tool
• Experience in Power Automation
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
• Experience with Excel, SSIS, or other BI tools is an advantage

Process Skills:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create and optimize data models using Power BI Desktop.
• Develop DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint and APIs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Publish and manage reports in Power BI Service.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and governance standards.
• Monitor report performance and optimize datasets.
• Collaborate with business users to provide analytical insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business users to build timely dashboards in JIRA.
• Collaborate with business users to build, Govern and enhance Smartsheet workspace.
• Support production issues, enhancements, and report maintenance.

Certification/Qualification:

• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, or technical degree equivalent from a reputed college
