Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Power BI Developer with 1 year of hands-on experience in data visualization and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for creating interactive dashboards, transforming data, and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions.

Technical Skills: Expertise required in Power B, Dashboard & Report Development, Data Visualization, DAX.

Eligibility Criteria: Any graduate or master, associates degree in IT/Computer Software. Proven experience in Power BI and Dashboard Creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Cleaning, Analysis & Insight Generation

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on structured and unstructured datasets using visualization libraries or Tools.
• Help uncover trends, insights, and anomalies that contribute to decision-making and ML model improvements.

2. Machine Learning & Model Support

• Preparing datasets for model training.
• Learn and apply ML techniques to small-to-medium datasets for prediction, classification, and NLP tasks.
• Assist in evaluating model performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

3. Agentic AI Development

• Contribute to building agentic AI systems by assisting in data preparation, workflow design, and integration with LLM/AI frameworks.
• Experiment with state-of-the-art tools and libraries for autonomous agents and AI-driven decision automation.
• Perform research and testing to help improve the intelligence, adaptability, and performance of AI agents.

4. Dashboard Exploration & BI Tools

• Explore and evaluate dashboards across Zoho Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, and emerging BI platforms.
• Assist in developing interactive dashboards to visualize KPIs, performance metrics, and data trends.
• Compare dashboarding capabilities across tools and suggest the best-fit solution for business requirements.
• Learn advanced visualization techniques and support reporting initiatives.
