Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our business intelligence solutions.
- Expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and DAX.
- Strong SQL skills - complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, optimization to extract and transform data - help establish BI best practices across the organization.
- Work with on-prem Oracle data sources and cloud sources on Databricks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to define KPIs, dimensions, and fact tables.
- Build semantic layers and star schemas to enable intuitive, high-performance analytics.
- Develop optimized Power BI reports, dashboards, and paginated reports.
- Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, governance, and security (Row-Level Security, data masking, and access control).
- Provide mentorship and architectural guidance to BI developers and analysts.
