Power BI Developer

Vector Synergy, a prime contractor for NATO and European Union agencies, is looking for a Software Developer with Power BI.

Location: Warsaw, Poland (relocation required)

Contract: B2B

Knowledge and skills:

• Min. 4 years of experience in IT
• Min. 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Intermediate-level certificate in software development relevant to the domain or an equivalent certification recognised internationally (mandatory)
• Min. 2 years of experience in a full-stack Power BI support or developer role
• Microsoft SQL Server application development with T-SQL knowledge, experience with Web Services, REST API, and HTTP API
• Experience with DAX & Power Query (M language) – data optimisation, Advanced Data Analytics tools, Row-Level Security (RLS), Object-Level Security (OLS)
• Strong skills in Power BI performance tuning via MS SQL source optimisation, including efficient T-SQL, database Views, and maximizing Query Folding
• Teamwork, conflict management, result-oriented
• Ability to present to business stakeholders
• Experience with the complete lifecycle of the solution
• Expert in developing enterprise-level software systems in a specified technology domain
• Knows UML and can design applications in UML
• Proficient in designing and developing: data layer, business logic layer and UI layer
• Worked in Scrum developments
• Capable of leading technical teams
• Ability to document technical solutions effectively
• Problem-solving skills
• English skills (min. B2)
