Power BI Developer - MID/SENIOR

We're looking for a Power BI Developer (Mid/Senior) to join our growing Data & Analytics team. If you're passionate about data visualization, business intelligence, and turning complex datasets into meaningful insights, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll work on end-to-end BI projects, collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions
• Gather and translate business requirements into effective BI and reporting solutions
• Develop and optimize data models, datasets, and semantic layers
• Create and maintain DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs
• Build and optimize data transformation processes using Power Query (M)
• Work with SQL databases, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT processes
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of reports and data models
• Manage and support Power BI Service, workspaces, gateways, and deployments
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and BI best practices

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end BI projects, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Strong expertise in Power BI , dashboard development, and reporting solutions
• Solid knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M)
• Experience with SQL and data modelling
• Strong understanding of dimensional modelling, KPIs, and analytical reporting
• Experience optimizing report and data model performance
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes
• Experience with Power BI Service , workspaces, gateways, and deployment processes
• Experience with Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric
• Ability to work autonomously and interact effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus
